Your satisfaction matters to us at MTS Fabrics. If something about your order isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
Returning an Item
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us using a traceable delivery method (courier or registered mail).
- Please note: shipping charges for returns are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.
Processing Time
- Once we receive the returned item, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or online bank transfer.
How to Send a Return
Follow these two simple steps to return your item:
Step 1: Pack the Item Securely
- Place the item in secure packaging.
- Include the completed return form inside the package along with the item(s) being returned.
